About Kuwait Care Company ENAYA

Kuwait Care Company for Hospital Management (ENAYA) was established in 2017 based on an initiative from the Super Council For Planning(SCP). The company is fully owned by the Kuwait Investment Authority(KIA), the sovereign fund of Kuwait. SCP was mandated to increase the role of the private sector in the public health sector to improve the quality of medical services and to lower government expenditure.
