About KW MAINE - Keller Williams Realty

Locally owned and operated, with headquarters in Portland, ME, KW Maine led all Maine Real Estate agencies in both transaction count and volume sold in 2020, making the Real Trends Top 500 list and the 2020 Swanepoel Mega 1000 list. Agents who think and act like business owners thrive at Keller Williams. They embrace the interdependent model and recognize that they are stakeholders. Since KW recognizes that the agents and their businesses drive profits, the local investor groups share about 50% of the company’s profit with the associates - agents/admins/partners - every month. As one of the most highly profitable offices in the world, KW Maine shared over $1,000,000 in 2019 alone. One Million Dollars shared locally in a single calendar year. KW Maine includes Commercial and Luxury Divisions, both leaders in their categories in Maine. Four visionary women, Dottie Bowe, Leanne Barschdorf Nichols, Cathy Manchester and Linda Paolino Naylon, brought the KW franchise to Portland, Maine in 2003 and the company now has branch offices in Kennebunk, Saco, Auburn, Brunswick and Bangor. Keller Williams® offers its members unsurpassed career and business training. Educational programs focus on increasing the personal productivity, marketing skills, and career development of all KW Associates. The KW Maine franchise is owned by a local investor group - predominantly female - and the current Operating Principal is Cathy Manchester. A local Associate Leadership Council of 15 agents reviews company policies, financials & business plans, putting the agents in leadership at KW.
