About La Quilla

We provide our client with a complete turnkey project at a guaranteed price and within a short timeframe. We stand for quality down to the last detail and the highest sustainability standards. Thanks to our modular design we develop and build with local partners and at an affordable price. We use high-quality and sustainable natural materials from the region and combine them with selected first-class international products. Buy one of our four off the shelf designs or adapt them to suit your specific needs and budget. Each of our four models can be tailored according to your specifications in order to provide you with a perfect fit. All of our models can be expanded at a later stage so that you can enlarge your house when the need arises. And if you do not yet own a suitable property, we will be happy to assist you in your search. We are a team of German and Chilean architects and craftsmen. And we love nature. We feel that spending quality time in nature with friends and family is one of life’s great luxuries: We founded La Quilla to create the opportunity to escape to nature in the comfort of our beautiful buildings. La Quilla: For a life within nature.
