Across hospital systems and through the eyes of both a clinician and a family member, a recurring gap became evident. Reports are frequently delayed, quality is often sacrificed for volume, and the patient journey is clouded by unclear communication. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Led by a Physician-Developer with an MD from 𝗔𝗜𝗜𝗠𝗦 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 and an MBA from 𝗜𝗜𝗠 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲, LabWorks bridges the gap between high-end medical rigour and accessible healthcare. We believe that a single, accurate lab report is the most critical tool in a physician’s arsenal and the most vital piece of mind for a patient. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 We are building a laboratory that prioritizes ethical practice over aggressive scaling. Our approach is defined by: • 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆: We do not upsell unnecessary panels or "package" tests that offer no clinical value. • 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: We utilize a proprietary, physician-built Laboratory Information System (LIS). By developing our own technology in-house, we ensure that every line of code serves a clinical purpose. • 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Implementing rigorous internal quality controls (IQC) to ensure every result is reproducible and reliable. • 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲: We are currently specialized in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, and Serology, ensuring that we master the core pillars of diagnostics before expanding.
