About Laconia NH Police Department

Welcome to the Official LinkedIn of the Laconia Police Department. The Laconia Police Department is a professional organization that prides itself in delivering the highest level of service possible. The Laconia Police Department is a progressive, community-oriented agency with over 50 employees. Many people refer to community-oriented policing as a strategy or tactic. We believe community policing is much more than that - it's a total philosophy. We are committed to adopting a problem-solving model of policing in which we address the root cause of problems rather than implementing only a quick fix. Members of the Department are encouraged to try new and otherwise non-traditional policing methods in working with the community and other government agencies. The Laconia Police Department is staffed by an exceptional group of hard-working men and women. It is an honor for me to work with such a professional and dedicated staff.
