About Lacuna Innovation

Lacuna Innovation Ltd is a boutique agency of innovation architects assisting global organisations with innovating new products, services and business models. We are not a branding, marketing or advertising agency; rather, we actively unearth opportunities for our clients to ensure they remain competitively innovative and sustainably future-proof. To do this, we expertly identify and monitor trends that impact our clients’ businesses and assist them in identifying innovation opportunities to be pursued through focused research, workshops, and our unique understanding of the unmet needs of consumers. Our proactive approach to Front-End Innovation (FEI) allows us to move beyond concept development to developing Proof-of-Concept design, prototyping and ultimately, solutions for commercialisation. This is an environment where tangible technology and creative collaborations can bring identified opportunities and concepts to life through experimentation and prototyping. With offices in Cape Town, the United Kingdom and Nepal, we have global recognition, credibility and reach; positioning us at the forefront of FEI and making us your FEI partner of choice.
