They are fully devoted to authentic and simple food with a french twist made from seasonal, locally sourced Ingredients. Wines on their list come from organic, biodynamic or natural vineyards, to ensure customers taste only the grapes and terroir. Their wines contain no additives, low sulphites and indigenous yeasts only! They are also supporting female winemakers and highlight them within this industry traditionally male-dominated.
