We, Lagrange Point Advisors LLP (L Point), are a boutique investment banking firm based out of Mumbai. Our key activities include a) M&A advisory including cross-border transactions, b) Stressed assets resolution, and c) Breakout growth advisory where we work with mid-sized companies through their growth phase. Lagrange Point describes a physical point in space where gravitational forces exerted by two bodies nullify each other - a property used to locate observatories, which act as vantage points for deeper insights into space, and also by deep space missions to slingshot their way towards the intended target.
