About LAM GROUP, LLC

What is The LAM Group? The LAM Group is a results-driven executive search firm motivated by what matters most: family. Our name represents my wife and two sons—Lindsay, Axel, and Maverick—who inspire me every day to go the extra mile: make the additional call, send the follow-up email, and forge the connection that makes a difference. They are my why, and that drive translates into the service and dedication we bring to our clients. As Principal & Founder of The LAM Group, I bring over 20 years of executive search experience, specializing in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Diagnostic sectors. I am passionate about delivering exceptional results, consistently exceeding expectations, and successfully filling some of the most challenging and complex searches in the industry. My dedication has earned me multiple awards for achievement, teamwork, and loyalty. I am also CPR/AED certified by the American Heart Association, underscoring my commitment to health and safety.
