Everyone wants to be healthier, but natural beverages contain too much naturally-occurring sugar. Lamu is a foodtech startup on a mission to create a healthier future by reducing sugar in natural beverages. We are developing a universal industrial process for food and beverage manufacturers, who will be able to use our technology to choose the amount of sugar in the beverages that go into their products.
