About Lancaster New City by ProFriends

At Lancaster New City, we believe a thriving life begins in a family-friendly community. We are one of the largest real estate developments in Cavite. A pioneer developer in the thriving cities of Imus and General Trias, and the municipality of Kawit. These legacies paved the way for Lancaster New City to reimagine what suburban living can look like for Filipino families. Developed by Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Profriends), Lancaster New City brings life’s essentials within reach through a complete ecosystem built for connection, convenience, and comfort. Committed to nurturing family life, our township is anchored on five key pillars: Live, Learn, Work, Play, and Pray. We weaved everything you need into a master-planned community, from peaceful residential areas and accessible schools to transport hubs, leisure amenities, and places of devotion and prayer. But our story doesn’t end with infrastructure. We are also community builders with heart. Through our community-led volunteer organization, GalingPinas, we empower residents to take part in community growth and nation-building. More importantly, this initiative creates ripple effects of positive change and shared values across neighborhoods. With Lancaster New City’s story still unfolding, we remain driven to elevate the lives of Filipino families: one home, one community at a time. New projects. Growing neighborhoods. An exciting real-estate future to be written. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or looking to invest in a better future, we offer house-and-lot options thoughtfully designed to meet your needs.
