Lanka Institute of Fitness and Nutrition (LIFN) is the pioneering education institute that has the recognition from the government under the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Skill Development. Lanka Institute of fitness and nutrition is the official educational institute of the Gym Association of Sri Lanka. We are conducting competency-based training courses for physical fitness trainers, bodybuilding instructors, Aerobic group fitness trainers, and sports masseurs. LIFN is the first-ever accredited institute of the physical Fitness Trainer NVQ Level 4. we are happy to say that more than 600 nationally qualified physical fitness trainers have been provided to the nation since 2014
