Lapso Studios sessions are designed to have a positive impact on people's emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. They are 360º experiences that combine cycling, strength, dance, endurance and coaching. Everything is carefully created at our boutique studios. Our goal is to build a community that wants to develop their full potential, give their best to the world every day and share their energy through movement.
