About LATCH DEVELOPMENTS

With over a decade of expertise in development, design, and building, Latch Residential Developments (LRD) specializes in creating unique urban communities where people love to live. Our projects combine modern, livable spaces with thoughtfully integrated ground-floor retail to enhance walkability, elevate the pedestrian experience, and enrich surrounding neighborhoods. Notable developments include The Bennett at Bayview and Finch in North York and 859West in The Queensway, both celebrated for their innovative aesthetics and Latch’s hallmark focus on quality, function, and usability. Our latest venture, 1989 Condos, brings this same visionary approach to Uptown Burlington. This ambitious project offers a collection of remarkable, livable homes designed to make Burlington’s skyline even more vibrant and desirable. At Latch, we’re committed to redefining urban living by delivering boutique homes in community-focused neighborhoods. Every project integrates live, work, and play seamlessly, while enhancing local culture and quality of life.
