Our Company provides operational consulting to hotels and Apartments seeking to improve their financial performance, guest satisfaction and revenue streams. As part of a full operational analysis, Consultants will analyze a hotel's market reach and potential, its competitive strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. A full Review report will be provided with operational recommendations and guidance for the owners and management. On request, consultants will as well assist in the implementation of these recommendations at the hotel as required. Additionally they will conduct regular property visits and meetings with the General Manager and the management team, review the monthly financial statements and reports, review the Marketing & Public Relations Plan as well as activities of the sales department.
