About Latino Business Student Association (LBSA) - University of Southern California

The Latino Business Student Association is one of the largest and most active pre-professional business organizations in California. It was founded at the University of Southern California in the fall of 1978 to develop the young men and women into the leaders of tomorrow through professional exposure, community involvement, and social interaction. This goal is to be achieved through events that include but are not limited to professional events, networking opportunities, skill-building workshops, and alumni receptions. LBSA also strives to nourish community engagement, primarily through outreach and community service events. In conjunction with our central goal, it is the organization's belief that members will leave with a greater confidence, established network, and a heightened sense of community. This organization is open to all students, regardless of major and background. The mission of the LBSA is to promote diversity on and off campus by helping our members develop into well-rounded individuals who will become the leaders of tomorrow through professional exposure, community involvement, and social interaction.
