About Lauren C McGauley LLC

If you’ve been playing small, you are in the right place. I create an environment to challenge you and stretch you, while also joining you and supporting you. Leveling up can be intimidating, especially if you don't know your coach. Heres a little about me so we can get to know each other. When I am not working with my clients, I am spending my time with Marley (my golden retriever), hiking, meditating and doing Reiki, practicing yoga, drinking all the coffee and green tea, painting, antiquing, reading, or diligently binging Netflix, Pinterest, or ESPN. I am constantly investing in new ways to support my clients through high-level certifications and continued education. Choosing a coach or therapist is one of the most important investments you will ever make in yourself. If you’re ready for a level up, and we are a good fit, we will take a deep dive to achieve your highest potential.
