About Lauren MacKinnon Coaching & Consulting

As a seasoned Executive Coach and Leadership Changemaker, I help move female talent to the executive level by providing coaching and consulting services to both women and organizations. With over 20 years of corporate experience, including serving as COO for a top structural engineering firm, I've been a firsthand witness to the power of diverse leadership teams. Building on that insight and background, my purpose is to illuminate the path for leaders, empowering female talent and organizations to bridge the gap to the c-suite.
