About Laymance Lighting

Most homes and commercial spaces are filled with lighting that does not actually work: too dim, too harsh, outdated, inefficient, or simply not designed for how people live, work, or showcase their spaces. Poor lighting hides beauty, wastes energy, and reduces safety. For more than 50 years, our locally owned team has helped Houstonians upgrade, illuminate, and reimagine their environments with custom lighting solutions built around how they truly use their spaces. Our expertise spans the full spectrum of residential and commercial lighting, including: Fine art lighting and display lighting Outdoor landscape and architectural lighting Holiday and event lighting LED retrofits and energy efficient upgrades Custom builder, designer and contractor partnerships Commercial lighting for HOAs, property managers and businesses Maintenance and safety checks for long term peace of mind From thoughtful layouts to smart controls and long term care, our team does more than install lighting.
