LayTec is a major provider of integrated optical metrology systems for thin-film processes in the compound semiconductor and photovoltaics industry. LayTec sensors are used in a broad range of thin-film applications such as compound semiconductor epitaxy, photovoltaic, oxide and organic deposition.
