Lazarus & Silvyn, P.C. is a land use law firm that helps clients create responsible development throughout the State of Arizona, with a primary focus on Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas. Our partners have practiced land use and rezoning law in Arizona since the 1970s, and today L&S is the only zoning and land use firm serving multiple geographical areas throughout the entire state. The firm has been a driving force in creating appropriate, well-planned development including downtown high-rise office buildings, luxury condominiums and work-force housing, urban in-fill redevelopment, planned residential communities, student housing, light industrial buildings, community centers, resorts, golf courses, recreational facilities and Native American community properties. The firm represents both public- and private-sector clients in numerous sectors, including education, energy, healthcare, historic preservation, life sciences, mining and utilities.
