About LBS Bina Group Berhad

LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBS”), a publicly-listed Malaysian company and a renowned developer with a vision for creating and inspiring delightful spaces, is a highly respected township developer that has earned numerous awards for its various developments. Placing people at the heart of their approach, LBS has been actively shaping the nation’s landscape for over 30 years while consistently meeting market demands for quality and affordable homes. The continued success of LBS can be attributed to the leadership of its Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Ir. Lim Hock San. In recognition of his outstanding leadership, Tan Sri Lim was named Property Man of the Year by the Malaysia Property Award (formerly known as FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards of Distinction or FIABCI Malaysia Awards of Distinction) in 2018, which is considered the gold standard for developers in the real estate industry. He also received further recognition as the recipient of an 'Oscar Award' in the property fraternity. This award acknowledges Tan Sri Ir. Lim’s perseverance and resilience over time within the industry, his excellent demonstration of strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and impeccable values of integrity and responsibility. As of today, LBS, with vast land holdings across Malaysia, continues to grow in stature and strength by replicating successful townships such as Bandar Saujana Putra in other parts of Selangor, including KITA @ Cybersouth in Dengkil and LBS Alam Perdana in Bandar Puncak Alam, among others. Beyond property development, LBS is also venturing into retail management, hospitality, and tourism."
