About LDHR - Lawyers and Doctors for Human Rights محامون وأطباء من أجل حقوق الإنسـان

Lawyers and Doctors for Human Rights (LDHR) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to promoting human rights through the expert medical documentation of cases related to torture, cruel and inhumane treatment, and sexual violence. The organization was initiated by doctors and lawyers in 2012, and it officially registered as an NGO in Turkey in 2016. LDHR operates in both Syria and Turkey, with previous operations in Jordan.
