The Le Gallais Group has been an independent family owned business since 1825 and today operates as a property development and investment business, based in Jersey in the Channel Islands. We develop and invest in commercial property in Jersey and throughout the UK and we operate within a fairly wide property spectrum including the industrial, self storage, office and retail property sectors. We are long term investors targeting land and/or investments in prime locations and believe our family values enable us to take a longer term custodial approach to ownership. In Jersey, we are the leading Self Storage provider with two state of the art facilities and operate a busy Estate Agency practice specialising in sales, valuation, letting, and property management across the full scope of the residential property market.
