About Lead Heart First

Lead Heart First is a boutique consultancy based in Estonia and Indonesia - operating in South East Asia and Europe. Our work spans four core areas: * Executive Brand Profiles - clarifying your executive brand for your carreer, advisory board and board positions and speaker opportunities • Hospitality Consulting – helping boutique villas and retreats craft rental strategies, optimize profitability, build brands, and create beautiful online and offline guest experiences. • Art & Museum Consulting – supporting galleries, museums, and creative collectives with storytelling, brand identity, events, book launches, and digital presence that connect art with audiences. • Culture & Learning – offering Indonesian and Balinese culture training, leadership and politics modules, and customized programs that bridge business and culture. • Leadership & Strategic Advisory – providing executive coaching, strategy facilitation, and cultural advisory for leaders, boards, and organizations navigating complex environments. We have also created Bedulu Boutique Villas, a distinctive property development project near Ubud, Bali — blending design, community, and profitability, and reflecting our philosophy of purposeful strategy with heart.
