About LEAD Tactics, Inc.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on the control of an opponent, it eliminates the need to strike, and minimizes the use of force. LEAD Tactics has spent years developing a synergistic system designed to support law enforcement from the police academy and beyond. The core program principle shifts the focus from firearms training to mental and physical control in any situation. Ongoing, incentivized BJJ training delivers valuable confidence, composure, psychological strength, and humility. This transformed perspective will be a crucial element to repairing the relationship between law enforcement and our communities.
