About Leading Edge Realty Advisors

Welcome to Leading Edge Realty Advisors where you'll learn tricks of the real estate trade from contractors, investors, property managers and brokers with more than 20 years of experience. We started from the very bottom. As teenagers our summer jobs involved mowing lawns and painting rooms at rental properties. Eventually, we graduated to negotiating large-scale commercial spaces. We're the brokers who won't just tell you what the up-and-coming neighborhood is, or pitch the rehabbed factory workspace for your next start-up. We'll tell you if you could expect the windows to hold out for another five years, or if the plumbing is sound. When you get anxious before a closing, we'll be there to tell you to hold your ground — and we'll teach you the why's throughout the whole process. Consider us your crash course on the market.
