About Leadlight Counseling

Leadlight Counseling is a West Michigan–based mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and growth. We provide evidence-based, relationship-centered care for children, teens, adults, couples, and families — supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, substance use, neurodivergence, and life transitions. As a multidisciplinary team, our clinicians bring expertise that spans the lifespan and a variety of specialties, from play therapy and family systems to trauma recovery and integrative approaches for adult mental health. With offices across West Michigan, Leadlight’s team represents a wide range of backgrounds, training, and perspectives — yet we share a common foundation: the belief that hope is never foolish. At Leadlight, accountability is an act of care, curiosity fuels growth, and joy sustains the work.
