About League Coaches Association

The LCA represents its members, individuals working in coaching, scouting, analysis and strategic roles within men’s and women’s professional football at first-team and academy levels. The LCA is the collective voice of coaches and football technical staff, and we provide member services including employment and legal support, healthcare and wellbeing guidance, and professional and personal development programmes. We take a holistic person-centered approach to working with our members, supporting them in realising their potential and building fulfilling and meaningful careers in the game.
