Lean In Network Energy (LINE) is a global non-profit organization, founded in 2017 and registered as a U.S. 501(c)(3). Our mission is to challenge the status quo, drive change, and foster collaboration to elevate women and advance gender equity in the energy sector and beyond. LINE has developed a clear and powerful three-pronged strategic plan, focusing on thought leadership in this arena. This plan emphasizes advocating for systemic and structural change, influencing corporate practices and policies, and supporting women in their careers through educational initiatives as they navigate environments historically not designed with them in mind.
