About Lean Institute Ukraine

Lean Institute Ukraine is a member of the Lean Global Network, which was founded by Jim Wumek and Daniel Jones in 2007, who introduced Lean to the world. As a member of the global network, which currently includes 32 institutes, we have the opportunity to attract some of the best lean consultants in the world. These consultants have extensive experience implementing lean processes in large companies like Amazon, Ikea, Starbucks, Nike, New Balance, and many others. The consultants at Lean Institute Ukraine have experience implementing Lean in companies such as MHP, Nova Poshta, Biopharma, Astarta, Kernel, etc. We cooperate with our clients in the following ways: • Training partner company staff in Lean approaches and methods • Developing continuous improvement projects • Conducting experiments and applying novel approaches to thinking and action together • Coaching for managers and Kaizen teams The Lean Institute Ukraine (LIU) is committed to integrating lean thinking into Ukrainian business.
