About LEAP (Local Energy Advice Partnership)

LEAP is a nationwide multi-supplier-funded outreach service, helping thousands of low-income and vulnerable households across England, Scotland and Wales. Since 2015, we've helped many energy suppliers meet their Warm Home Discount (WHD) obligations while partnering with local authorities, charities and social housing providers. Operating under WHD regulations for England, Wales and Scotland, we flexibly allocate funding to meet each supplier's needs and are always open to exploring new funding streams to widen our impact. We support eligible households with: •     In-depth energy-efficiency advice •     Money-saving advice •     Financial support •     Boiler repair or replacement •     Heating system tune-up & smart controls •     Replacement of old appliances Our dedicated team of qualified Home Energy Advisors, phone advisors, customer service reps and support staff is constantly adapting and expanding the service to meet the growing needs of vulnerable households.  LEAP is part of AgilityEco, a leading provider of energy efficiency retrofit projects across Britain.
