About Leap Skills

LEAP’s vision is to address the ever-growing disjoint between India’s vast population, education, and employability in an increasingly globalized world. Working primarily in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, LEAP’s programs are designed to narrow the complex gap between skills required by industries and the large pool of underutilized and underexposed human resources. In this light, LEAP’s approach is regional and involves connecting students’ career aspirations to skills desired by prospective employers.
