About LeapForWord | English Learning Made Easy

LeapForWord is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to the cause of enhancing the English language skills of children and youth from under-served communities and thereby enabling them to access those opportunities which to date remain unexplored. We are a product-based NGO committed to eliminating the single biggest bottleneck - Poor English Capabilities - that prohibits regional language school students from accessing Professional Education & better Employment Opportunities. Our flagship solution - The English Literacy Program - is designed for teachers who have a job teaching English but cannot do so effectively because they are not proficient in English. Built on top of a Translation Algorithm, the solution enables such teachers to teach English in their mother tongue and develop specific capabilities in their students, namely Reading, Comprehension & Sentence Structuring. Since our inception in 2009, we have reached 10 States | 275 Districts | 5L Teachers | 2mn Students
