Leavitt Capital Companies is a commercial real estate development, investment, and asset management firm founded in 1979 by Seattle entrepreneur Tom Leavitt. We focus on developing, owning, and operating high-quality commercial properties that contribute to the success of its surrounding communities. Leavitt Capital's portfolio consists of a mix of warehouse, industrial, and office parks throughout the Western United States. Our management team currently leases and manages over 2 million square feet and nearly 50 properties. Our goal is to provide exceptional service for our investors and tenants.
