About Lee Truong & Yu Engineers, PLLC (LTY Engineers)

Lee Truong & Yu Engineers, PLLC, is a full-service Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. LTY has extensive knowledge and experience in designing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems for schools and higher education institutions in Texas. LTY's approach to projects is vastly different than most MEP Engineering consulting firms. We believe that using highly experienced and licensed Engineers to do most of the work is the only way to insure quality of the MEP contract documents. This philosophy promotes lower construction costs, smoother building construction and, most importantly, customer satisfaction. We are well accustomed to working with clients on all sizes and types of projects, and we believe each client deserves the same individual, expert attention to detail regardless of the type of project.
