Hence, 'The Legal Linchpin'. ✔️ Interim Marketing Director or Fractional CMO - leading all marketing efforts for small and mid-sized firms, without the need for them to pay for a full-time senior employee. ✔️ Marketing KickStart - helping firms establish the building blocks needed to move their marketing to the next level, including advice on marketing technology, improving processes and driving cultural change. ✔️ BD coaching – working with individuals to grow their own networks, reputations and confidence to build their practice and progress their careers ✔️ Marketing and business development strategy - working with partners to create actionable and realistic business development plans ✔️ Social media – implementing targeted social media strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, whilst boosting brand recognition. ✔️ Social media training – training on optimising individual LinkedIn profiles to build visibility and personal reputations. ✔️ Website development – overseeing web re-development and brand projects to increase reach and raise the firm’s profile. ✔️ Content marketing and thought leadership – creation of content which engages and builds relationships.
