LegisLAB was founded in 2016 from the idea of bringing together in a single firm specialised skills to serve complex companies operating in a regulated, international and competitive market context, with the aim of creating a new reality in terms of collaborative spirit and approach to the profession. LegisLAB always works as a team, combining the skills of different professionals to achieve the best result for our clients. LegisLAB is a law firm specialising in the law of regulated markets. We assist our clients in the conduct of their affairs. Our mission is to make regulation a factor in the acceleration and control of business activities. LegisLAB's professionals have extensive experience in the sectors and industries within which they operate, gained in leading law firms and as members of the legal departments of international corporations. LegisLAB has four offices, in Milan, Turin, Rome and Paris, and the capacity to operate throughout the country where it is present. LegisLAB is able to assist its clients in complex transactions both in Italy and abroad thanks to its extensive network of international firms.
