Co-founded by Neil Mallon Bush (son of former US President #41 George HW Bush younger brother of former US President #43 George W Bush) and Edward Lehman, Chair AmChamUS, international lawyer, media-contributor, and long-time China-hand. LehmanBush advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, private company sales, corporate disposals, capital raises, private equity exits, commodities trade, carbon credits, and other strategic and financial transactions and investments. Headquartered in Shanghai, we serve a global client base of international corporations, private equity firms, families, and significant shareholders with an emphasis on cross-border transactions, primarily between Asia and the Western economies.
