About Lemos Formwork

Formwork Expertise. Reliability in Delivery. Quality Results. Lemos Formwork is a trusted structural delivery partner and off-form concrete specialist, recognised for reliability, disciplined execution, and consistent quality outcomes across the construction industry. Built on strong family values and decades of hands-on experience, we have established long-term relationships through integrity, accountability, and dependable performance. Our teams are made up of skilled professionals with extensive experience in off-form finishes, complex geometry, and architecturally exposed concrete. Every project, regardless of size or complexity, is delivered with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. We understand that high-quality formwork is critical to structural integrity, presentation, and the efficient progress of follow-on trades. With in-house capability across formwork, steel fixing, concreting, and pumping, supported by our own fleet of concrete pumps, we operate as a true one-stop shop for structural works. This integrated approach allows us to maintain full control over quality, sequencing, and program, reducing interface risk and delivering reliable outcomes from start to finish. Our work is underpinned by disciplined planning and strong supervision on every site. We place a strong emphasis on coordination with builders, engineers, and trades to minimise delays, reduce rework, and support smooth, predictable project delivery. Our formwork is designed not only to meet structural requirements but to present well at inspection and support buildability. We measure success by the success of our clients. Through clear communication, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we deliver consistent results and build lasting partnerships — doing the work properly, every time.
