Leon Capital LLP is a mid-market private equity investment firm, based in London, focusing on investing in companies in Western Europe (primarily UK, France, Benelux, Switzerland), in the tech-enabled services sector (primarily within healthcare services, business services, software, and energy transition). Leon Capital makes control investments in family/founder-owned businesses, with equity cheques of €15-100 million. Leon Capital was founded in 2022 by three Partners with over two decades of combined private equity investment experience across 45 platform and add-on transactions, representing €6 billion in equity invested, and direct operational experience across 19 portfolio companies. We partner with ambitious teams to enable transformational change and build exceptional businesses with sustainable impact for all stakeholders. We invest on behalf of families and are a partner of choice for family and founder-owned businesses with a family partnership mindset first, also reflecting our investor base and network.
