About Les Dames d'Escoffier International - Chicago Chapter

Founded in 1982, we are the Chicago chapter of the Les Dames d'Escoffier International. Our members are among the most accomplished women in their fields, ranging from chefs and restaurateurs to journalists and communications professionals, authors, wine, beer and spirits retailers and distributors, food service professionals, culinary instructors and more. For over 40 years, we have offered hundreds of educational and networking events for members and the community and provided nearly $1 million in culinary scholarships and grants to Chicagoland's non-profit organizations.
