Monica Thapar is an active realtor in the GTA since 2002. She started the business with $300,000 debt and now makes close to $2 Million Dollars a year, individual GCI. She realized early on that listings are the foundation and engine of the Real Estate Business. Her passion for teaching has led to her 1 day seminar ‘Let’s Farm with Monica Thapar’ and ongoing coaching classes. She started the classes in 2005 and has trained agents who are in the Top 100 in Toronto. The classes are effective as Monica is a down-to-earth person who doesn't sugar-coat anything. She tells it like it is.
