Leukogene Therapeutics, Inc., based in Charleston, SC, is an oncology-focused biotech company and a spin-out from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). Our mission is to deliver innovative immunotherapies for hard-to-treat cancers, with a particular emphasis on immunologically "cold" tumors.   Our proprietary Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) class II targeted M2T™ immunotherapy platform directs and mobilizes the immune system to trigger a robust, tumor antigen-specific immune response and eliminate tumor cells.   Preclinical work is ongoing to support Leukogene’s first planned IND filing in mid-2026 for our lead clinical candidate, M2T-CD33, in Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML). Our discovery pipeline includes additional compounds intended to address unmet needs in solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer, and other hematology/oncology indications. Leukogene has a highly experienced leadership team, including founder Dr. Nathan Dolloff, and CEO, Dr. Sandeep Gupta, a seasoned pharma executive with over 25 years of experience.
