About Levande

Through vibrant neighbourhoods for modern, independent Australians, Levande is redefining lifestyle living. A Swedish word that means ‘vivid’ and ‘full of life’, Levande’s lifestyle communities embody the positivity inherent in our name. Refreshingly real Levande is home to people of all backgrounds and lifestyles, each with different needs, interests and priorities. They choose exactly how they live their life, enjoying the luxury of independence and all the possibilities that independence can bring. Open to anyone over 55, we call it lifestyle living not retirement living because you don't need to be retired to live in our communities. Connected living Carefully considered layouts, clever use of smart technology and sustainable living initiatives – we understand the touches that define connected living. Our newest homes include adaptable design features that can change with your needs. We are also planning upgrades to our older communities to enhance connectivity Simple smart contracts We offer two contract options, including a simple 'peace-of-mind' contract. These tell residents what is covered and the costs they can expect to pay. And if extra care is required, we can help provide access through our care partners. Clever care at your service Technology enabled, unfussy and on-demand – unobtrusive support and care that feels like hospitality is offered with the help of our partners and is designed to evolve with the needs of our residents. With additional help able to be arranged for those jobs that might need doing in and around their home, residents can continue living life to the fullest where they are most comfortable. It’s all in the name. Levande. Welcome to a new definition of lifestyle living.
