About Lexden Rackets and Fitness Club Limited

Lexden Rackets and Fitness Club is a family friendly club that believes in a fun and social way of keeping fit in Colchester, Essex. We have a range of sports available and accommodate all ages and levels, with lessons and leagues being available for those who want to try to do more, where sports include tennis, squash, racketball, swimming, gym classes and a gym. With a family friendly ethos, here at Lexden Rackets and Fitness we try to make all events fun as well as slightly competitive. However, for the more competitive members there are external squash and tennis teams that regularly compete at an established level. There are an array of classes that are open to members and non-members, which can help add an element of variety to a fitness programme. If you would like to know more, contact the membership secretary on 01206 545710 and arrange for a look around.
