About Lexington United Soccer Club

The Lexington United Soccer Club is a private, non-profit youth sports organization based in Lexington, Massachusetts, delivering more than 25 unique soccer programs during the year that generate over 4,000 unique registrations from more than 1,900 Lexington children of all abilities from Pre-K to 12th grade. LUSC is primarily a volunteer-led organization with more than 200 Lexington parent volunteers serving in leadership and coaching roles. LUSC also employs a highly-qualified professional coaching staff that oversees the soccer development program, including managing the soccer curriculum and training volunteer coaches as well as coaching LUSC players directly in skills development clinics and player development academy programs. While we always want to win, winning is not our top priority. We strive to create a fun, nurturing, learning environment that leaves players with the desire to come back for more. It’s only through keeping players engaged that the lasting benefits of the game can be realized. In addition to developing a love of soccer, we hope to instill valuable life skills such as resilience, grit, integrity and good sportsmanship through playing the game of soccer. Our ultimate hope is that players will still be playing soccer as adults and enjoying the benefits of exercise, teamwork and community throughout their life.
