About LGA Studios

LGA Studios has been designing custom homes and remodels in Colorado Springs and surrounding communities since 1982. With over 40 years of experience, we create homes that reflect each client’s vision, lifestyle, and the unique character of Colorado. From luxury estates in the Broadmoor, Kissing Camels, and Black Forest to hillside residences in Crystal Park and infill solutions downtown, our work is rooted in thoughtful design and timeless results. We also bring the same care to remodeling projects and ADUs, helping families reimagine existing spaces and add flexible living options. Our team blends creativity with technical expertise to guide clients from concept to permit. We collaborate closely with trusted builders, engineers, and designers to make the process seamless, whether the project calls for mountain modern architecture, a historic home remodel, or a right-sized residence for urban living. Our team is LEED-certified for residential design and trained in universal design principles, bringing eco-conscious, accessible, and future-ready homes to life. From Broadmoor estates to downtown infill, here’s what we specialize in: - Custom home design in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas - Luxury estates in the Broadmoor, Kissing Camels, and Flying Horse North - Hillside and site-specific homes in Crystal Park and mountain terrain - Infill and urban design solutions for downtown Colorado Springs - Remodels, additions, and historic home transformations - ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) design for flexible living options - Sustainable and energy-efficient home design
