About LHBK

Welcome to LHBK, where strength meets kindness. Founded by Mitchell Hooper, 2023 World's Strongest Man, LHBK is more than just a fitness apparel brand; it's a movement that champions both physical defeats and compassion. At LHBK, we believe in the transformative power of physical exercise and the importance of spreading kindness in every interaction. Partnering with TYR Sports, we're able to offer high quality material, paired with bold designs that inspire confidence. Whether you're hitting the gym, pushing your limits in competition, or simply embracing an active lifestyle, LHBK is here to support you every step of the way. Join us in our mission to lift heavy and be kind—to yourself, to others, and to the world. Strength. Kindness. LHBK.
