LHT is the fastest growing teen and tween nutrition education weight loss program in the U.S. The program is based on healthy eating, teaching the USDA and Myplate guidluines with LHT certified health coaches. It is based on six week increments, taught in a classroom like setting and encourages teens through fun, interactive teaching moments. Highly successful in helping teens lose weight through healthy diet and lifestyle changes. Many of our students have kept the weight off for over 3 to 5 years now!
